Vanilla Bean Cake Balls

What attracted me to this recipe is the use of the natural use of the Vanilla Bean along with great baking ingredients. I was also looking for a vanilla cake that would light and fluffy, giving cupcakes a nice sponginess, yet still combining with the frosting to create a yummy cake ball.
